Upon confirmation of payment, we will give you the application kit via email or in person if you opted to pay in our office. The kit contains checklist of requirements, application forms and documentation guidelines. We will also start helping you with the enrollment. We will suggest a program, school, and province that will best help you with your immigration plan. Letter of Acceptance. Most schools require a downpayment for tuition before they issue the Letter of Acceptance. Ordinarily, schools require at least 50% of the tuition as the downpayment. But through our arrangement with some schools, lower down payment and installment payment for the balance is available. Letter of Acceptance is a mandatory requirement to submit a study visa application.
The cost for a one year program varies depending on the program, school and which province you will study. A one year program costs about an average of CAD 15,000.
We will help you in figuring out the program/course you will take based on your circumstances and career plan. We will also help you find a suitable school for you.
Submission of Documents. Once you have completed the documents, contact our office for appointment to submit your documents. You may also send your documents via courier or email.
Upon receipt of your documents, we will start checking your documents for completeness, format compliance and consistency with information. If everything is in order, we will then finalize your application forms and submit your application to the Visa Office.
At this point, we will be collecting a Handling Fee amounting to P10,000 for single and P15,000 for those with dependent/s. This will cover the VFS Fee, Courier Fee, bank charges and other documentation cost to be incurred by the consultancy.

Processing Time. The result of your application will be received within 9 weeks. Processing time is subject to changes and is beyond our control. Ideal time to apply is at least 3 months before the start of class.
