Mr.&Mrs.Lim are both Registered Nurse here in the Philippines,before they apply study visa application,they applied first under Federal Skilled Workers Program , however the said Program has cap for nurses every year ,once the quota reach out ,the Canadian government stop the acceptance of applicants from all different countries.
they also tried the express entry system, they waited for almost 2 years,and they found out that the chances of getting selected from the pool is slim thats why they applied for study visa,after 2 months , it has been approved .
Now Ms.Hawiyah is holding a Valid Study permit, while studying she is allowed to work 20 hours per week part time, While her Spouse Mr.Janraff is holding an Open Work Permit in Canada Which allows him to Work Fulltime.
